Once your divorce is granted by the court, you need to write to the HDB to ask to sell your existing flat within the MOP period due to divorce.

Sorry to hear about the situation, I hope you are managing well. Usually for divorce cases, there is a higher chance to get approval from HDB to sell within MOP period. However, the divorce proceedings should kickstart first, with the treatment of the matrimonial property settled (be it to sell on open market or one party to keep the HDB if eligible) by the courts. Once that is confirmed, and the final judgement is out, you can use this document to appeal for the early approval to sell within MOP period.

By the way, yes your chances of getting early approval to sell will be quite high given that it be roughly 2 more years to go before the MOP and by the time you submit the court order to the HDB. As I do have clients who gotten early approval to sell before the MOP and who were undergoing divorce proceedings too.
