Hi, my partner and I would like to go for BTO, but his name is under a HDB rental studio apartment with his mother. Is there any way that he could remove his name but his mother still can retain the flat? or can he use his CPF and cash to purchase a 2 room resale flat but apply under his mother 's name? Then I uses my CPF for BTO? By the way, we hope to stay near his mother in near future. please help! Thank you!
