Hi.... my parents & myself co-own an Executive Condo unit. The current flat is under mortgage and already exceed the 5yrs MOP. I understand that i can purchase a 2nd private property... Does a resale HDB consider private? I need to know if I can i buy a resale HDB without selling my EC... and if I can either rent out one of the unit?
