Hi,
My parents are currently living in a 3 rm flat in yishun ( 20+) years. Its requires major renovation now.asked around and it would cost 20k So, we are intending to upgrade to a 4 rm flat instead.
Just don't know whether to go with the new flat or renovation idea. renovation wont help the space for sure because its not going to increase space. bt is a new flat in yishun too expensive? is it ok to buy now?
