Hi, my name is Haz. I am a 20 years old student living in a HDB owned by my parents. Is it possible for my brother, 22 years old, to make an application for a BTO flat under the Public Scheme ? Since we are still students and have no income and CPF, is it allowed to pay off the BTO flat's downpayment and housing loans via our parents' CPF ?
