Hi,

My name is Ashley and I would like to enquire on the enbloc potential of HDB flats in Beach Road areas. In fact, we have heard of the news for many years, and now we are thinking of whether we should wait for the enbloc or to buy a 4rm flat in re-sale market and sell our 3rm flat we are staying in Beach road. Appreciate if you could give us some good advice, thank you.

Beach road blk 1-6 area? Near kampong glam NPP?
Ask youself this question, do u really need a 4 room? Is you family growing or u need more space for the comfort for the family?
