Hi, my Mum is divorced and has recently bought a re-sale 4-room HDB and listed me as an occupier. The flat was bought without any HDB grants or use of CPF. Will I be able to apply for BTO or re-sale HDB before the MOP is up?

Good morning,

You should be able to apply for BTO as long as the TOP date is after your mom's 5 years MOP.

Negative for resale.

Is your mom able to own the property on her own under single singaporean scheme?

If yes, try to appeal to remove your name as occupier.
