Hi,

1) Your mum is eligible to apply to purchase a 2-room Flexi BTO once she reached 55 under a single scheme.
2) Although she can opt to buy other types of flats anytime, the quantum will be totally different.
3) 2-rm Flexi BTO is one of the best options because it only comes with 45 years lease, thus usually it cost less than 150k in outer-urban area. Some of these are building in a convenient area.
