Afternoon Dan,

We are required to check the following:

1) How much CPF can your mother use after she have return the CPF used for her matrimonial flat.
2) How much sales proceed who she be entitled to after the sales.
3) Based on her income and age, even if HDB or bank is willing to disperse loan to her, how much can she get.
4) Which area and what size is your mother looking at? 4S, 4NG or 4A
