Evening Annie! Both of you are only eligible for resale HDB now but your husband has to dispose off interest in the malaysian property within 6 months from completion. Why can't apply for BTO? Need to dispose off malaysian property first and observe 30 months waiting period before can apply. Hope it helps! Cheers! Hi Annie, Yes, you can buy HDB New or Resale. But if you currently have a private condo in your name, you need to sell if off within 6 months of getting your HDB Resale. Or you must sell off your condo, wait 30 months then can apply for HDB New flat. Also, your husband can sell off Msia property or transfer name to Msian counterpart.
