Hi , My husband is Singapore citizen , I am Singapore PR owner of PLPH MOP 10 years . We are first timer and total household is $ 20000 .If my two children is SC under 18 years old , Can I don't put their name into occupier can or not ? If i put their name into occupier will be affected they apply BTO in the future or not ? If i don't apply EHG ( Cheaper $10000) ok or not ? May I know if in not put their name ? can i apply grant ( $20000)

Your children will not be the essential occupiers of the property, meaning in future if they were to decide to purchase a BTO, it will be depending on their eligibility criteria in applying for BTO. Have you already applied for the PLPH unit?
