Hi,

My husband is a Singaporean over the asge of 35 and I'm a non-resident as of now. My question is what kind of documents would we need to show that we can buy a 5I-room HDB flat.

Evening,

Are you on Dependent Pass or Social Visit Pass?
You will need at least a long term social visit pass.
Both your income documents are also required, so that your husband can try to get a HDB loan, if he's eligible for it
Once these two are in place, you are almost there for the purchase.
