Evening Emma,

Upon selling your HDB unit, you are eligible for 80% loan. Hence 5% have to be cash will 15% will be mixture of cash and CPF. However, to calculate the actual of cash required, it would depend on your purchase price, loan amount and how much CPF you have.

Hi Emma,

Below will summarise the financials for booking at EC:

Booking upon unit selection - 5% cash

Exercise S&P - 15% cash and/or CPF

Stamp Duty / Lawyer Fee - Cash and/or CPF

Followed by up to 80% loan from the bank, depending on your income and credit assessment.

Feel free to drop us a call to discuss further should you have any further queries or clarifications required.

Thank you
