Hi. My husband and i have already paid the option fee of $2000. We only applied for HLE and it expires this Aug 6, 2018. What if we are not interested in buying the flat we booked anymore? Do we need to pay any amount for backing out? And can we apply for another BTO or resale flat as soon as possible? Thank you.
