Hello pluzzzero,

you and your husband are not eligible to purchase private property. As you bought a flat using grant, you have to fulfill the 5 year MOP first before you can legally purchase private property.

The next best option would be to use either your parents' names or your siblings to purchase private property on your behalf. Of course, do check first to see whether they are eligible to purchase. I hope this helps. Have a good weekend!

Best Regards
