Thanks for your post in Propertyguru and congrats on your plan to upgrade.

Yes you can start to apply for your HLE now. It takes about 14 working days for the HLE to be approved. It is also good that you have plans to do your financial planning now.

If you are ok, may I suggest that we meet up and we can discuss about your upgrade plans. We can also look at different financial planning options and gauge what is the best plan for you for your upgrade. We can also do some calculations to see roughly how much is your sales proceeds and how much is your CPF and how we can apportion the funds for your next purchase.

You may want to proceed with the application for HLE now in fact. The HLE lasts 3 months actually so you will have sufficient time to plan ahead.
