Hi, my husband and I are both PR. We want to buy a HDB flat. What are the criteria we need to match before buying a HDB flat?

Hi,

There are a set of criteria which you need to adhere to. But important thing is you cannot own any property back in your country, if you or husband do own, then both of you are not eligible to purchase resale HDB flat.
