Hi,
My HDB is receiving MOP soon.
But I am in the midst of divorcing with my wife.
She will be taking over the flat under single scheme.
As she is worrying that if she is unable to handle the payment by herself alone, she would rent out a room or the entire flat. But she heard that there is a "new" MOP when she takes over the flat.
Is there such a thing? MOP for a transfer ownship?
