Hi

As you did not indicate if it is HDB or Private Property, I presume it is HDB.

The ideal time to market your property will be 1 to 2 months before you satisfied your MOP period.

Getting an agent now to help you find a buyer now will cause your property to be over-exposure on market. This might be detrimental and you might not be able to get a good price for your property due to buyer perception later.

Even if you are able to get a buyer, you will not be able to grant the option and not able to have it exercised within MOP.

Like what Ethan mentioned, now it's still too early and over exposure of your property is really no good. 2 months before the fulfillment of your Minimum Occupation Period will be good to start all the preparation.
