Afternoon,

If your spouse is SC or SPR, she will need to provide at least 3 months worth of payslip, along with employment letter, for the bank to compute the mortgage loan based on both income. But to maximize the chances of getting higher loan, she would need to provide at least one worth of income statement.

Hi,

Banks usually require prior 3 months worth of income slips for processing, and ideally at least a 1 yr working history in the firm. Based on the info shared, practically speaking, just provide 3 months worth of her income slips should be sufficient to increase the loan.

Its best to check out your indicative loan before you start the house search, otherwise you will be making a lot of wasted trips. Would you need my banking partner to assist? Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
