hi my fiance and i would like to buy a new flat. i am a sc , she is a pr.
she bought her current resale flat from open market with a bank loan in july 2010 with 2 of her sisters(she has 4 other sisters). She did not take any cpf grant. can we still qualify to buy a new flat and if not how can we qualify? thanks !!
