Hi, BTO is a subsidised unit by the government and it will always be the cheapest of all. However, the disadvantages are the waiting time and also the location.

Hi,

I am not sure which exact resale location of Tampines you are comparing with, but the Tampines North BTO is of a different location further north of Tampines MRT.

For Tampines, please take note BTO 4-rm sizes are about 90sqm, whereas 4-rm resale flats can be around 100sqm, hence a possible reason of the difference in prices. Benefits of BTO include a brand new flat, and newer furnishes.
