Hi, my fiance and I are planning to get a house.But we are confused on what type of housing to go for, either BTO or Resale? As far as we have seen all the new flats are following the "shoe box design" & we are not in favour of getting that kind of flat. We want a house with a biq sq ft & at the same time within our income ceiling.Pls advice.Thank You.
