Hi. My fiancé and me would like to buy a resale flat using HDB loan and apply for the grant. However We will only be having our ROMM in Sep 2017. Are we able to buy a resale flat and complete the purchase about 3 mths before our ROMM date? Will HDB approve the grant and loan if we give them proof of our marriage cert within 3 mths after completing the purchase?Thank you.

Yes its possible, but you will need to appeal. Approval is on a case by case basis, I will be glad to share more.
