Hi, my father just sold his condominium and we would like to move to a 4rm flat in Tampines/Bedok area. May I ask what is the procedure my agent will take me through and what do I have to look out for. My dad is 60 years old is he eligible to purchase the resale flat with the sales proceeds from the condo?

Evening, Since your dad is currently at age of 60, his OA and SA will be combined into RA. You will need to know how much CPF can be utilized for the purchase. Along with the amount of proceed available, we can work out the financial standing for the purchase. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
