Hi . My dad 70 years old who is sole ownership of hdb 3 room. Previously bought under the sers programme. Have fullfilled mop. Qn . Can he sell and buy 2 room under the bto programme ? What are the terms and condition ? can he get grant ? Tks.

HI Avalon, not enough information to advise you properly. Prior to this 3 room flat, did your father purchase a flat directly from HDB? Or is this 3 room flat his first?_____he doesn't have any issue selling because he has fulfilled the MOP. I am not sure if he can apply for the 2rm BTO.
