Hi, my current HDB is under me, my sis, and my mum. im married and wish to get my own place with my husband. can my sister and my mother still live in the house after i remove my name? what if they cant pay me back? im paying for most of the loan using my cpf by the way.

Afternoon,

Being co-owners, they will have to buy over your share of the unit. Hence your sister and mother need to be able to secure loan so that they can repay you the amount that you have utilize. Otherwise, you might have to sell away the current unit and purchase another one.
