You must be a registered agent in Singapore to collect commissions from a Singapore property sale or purchase. Since you are based overseas, you can deal with me and I can make the necessary arrangements here in Singapore. I can also offer you a referral fee for your introduction. However, this fee will be taxed as per Singapore laws before it is credited to your bank account overseas. This is only done when your client successfully completes the sale.
