Hi, My budget is about $400k to buy a resale HDB flat with a HDB loan. Can I find a HDB flat which its remaining lease >90 years with this budget? Preferred area to be at East side. Tampines or Pasir Ris -3 bedrooms.

Honestly speaking, it's difficult to get that price for a 4 room flat in Tampines and Pasir Ris area with remaining lease of more than 90 years. You may want to consider non mature estates area in the east such as Sengkang/Punggol area. Do contact me at 9337051 for a free and non obligatory discussions on this
