Hi,

Your 1st BTO would be considered subsidized housing, hence you would have taken a subsidy once. Your next resale flat, it is unlikely you will qualify for any grants. You would be required to sell away your current HDB within 6 months after key collection to next HDB.

No more CPF grant for you as you have already enjoyed the first flat which bought direct from HDB. CPF grant is only available for first timer who purchases flat from resale market.

Evening,

Since you had purchased a subsidized unit, you will no longer be eligible for housing grant. You can utilize your second HDB loan for the upcoming purchase if your combined income does not exceed the caps indicated by HDB.

I am sorry to inform you that you won't be eligible for housing grant as your current flat is a subsidized flat. One household will enjoy a BTO or resale HDB purchased with CPF housing grant once.

Since you are keen to upgrade to a larger unit, it will be good to do some financial calculation on both your sale and purchase so you will have a better idea on how to work about towards moving into a bigger space with ease and without worry.
