Hi,

1) He can apply with you after completing his current flat's MOP.
2) If he had applied for a grant for his current flat, then your application with him will be considered as a 2nd timer. Otherwise, your application will be categorized as a 1st timer.
3) He will also be subject to a resale levy if he has received a grant for his current flat.

Hi,

Yes he can apply with you after his MOP is met, and subject to all other eligibility conditions met like income ceiling , not more than 2 subsidized flat purchase before.

Hello,

Under current HDB rules, as you become a married couple eventually, you are only allowed to own 1 HDB flat per family nucleus. You cannot own 2 HDB flats simultaneously.

If he has reached MOP, you can apply for BTO or SBF as a couple.

However, when you manage to get a new HDB unit, he has to sell the HDB resale flat, or else you cannot collect the keys to your new BTO.
He may be subject to a resale levy.
