(1) Marriage certificate must be available before signing any OTP.
(2) Only your finacee name in the title deed, no foreigners are allowed to own any part of HDB flat.
(3) Your financee and your must has at least $110k in terms of cash and/or CPF before you starts sourcing for your flat.
(4) Your bf must be at least 21 years old.
The additional $10k is for stamp duty (~$1,900), miscellanous, caveat etc.
