Hi,
My bf & I are thinking of purchasing a condo (resale) as he is already a HDB owner. I am a PR while he is a Sporean.

I have a few questions which need clarification:

1) If my bf & I were to buy a resale condo jointly, does it mean that we must have 40% downpayment ready in cash?

2) If I were to purchase a resale condo on my own, how much downpayment in cash do I need to have? By buying singly, will my loan amount be much lesser?
