Hi, me looking forward to buy a resale flat in singapore, I m a malaysian holding on to singapore PR. I had been staying in singapore for the past 12 years without travelling in and out. In the year 2009 may I had bought a property in Johor, Malaysia for my old parents. This is the only property tha my parents and myself have. Need your advice on whether if there is any obligation for me in getting a re-HDB flat in singapore due to the new rules in singapore. I just got ROM.
