Hi, Me and my wife (both employed with CPF contributions) have selected a Re-offer of Balance (ROBF) flat and have paid the option Fee of $2000. The flat is a repurchased unit and sold as it is. The customer officer told me we could get the keys as soon as 3 months time (around Feb/Mar 2019). My HLE letter is dated 22 Nov 2018 and is valid till 21 May 2019.
My two questions are:
- Will HDB Re-Assess the HLE for my ROBF during the processing period because I am thinking of taking a car loan.
- Does HDB check with credit bureau before key collection?
- Do I need to apply for new HLE before key collection?
