Hi me and my sister wants to buy a condo, we are currently staying in a HDB for over 20 years. I co own the HDB with my parent and my sister doesnt own any, we are using her cpf for 15% and i'm paying 5% cash for the condo downpayment. Is there any implication on it? Also, does it affect my sister's ability to buy a HDB next time? thanks

I assume that you sis is able to finance the 80% (has IPA been done? if not, can I help) loan with her current salary? If she is unable to finance 80% of the loan, do drop me an email and I will see if there is any other advice I can provide. As for her purchasing HDB, some issues as mentioned by Zhiwei.
