Hi, both of you could purchase a flat right away now that you have just gotten the inprinciple slip. You don’t have to wait till you obtain the actual IC .

Hi,

1) You can only sign an Option-To-Purchase when you receive your passport, which is around 1 week upon received your actual IC.

2) Any Option signed before (1) will not be valid.

3) You may apply for HDB grant during submission of resale application.

4) However, it is time to assess your financial status now to understand which estate/town is your choice.

5) You may apply for IPA from bank or HLE from HDB now. You need this in order to exercise the Option-To-Purchase.
