Hi me and my husband is Singapore PR and now we want to buy a small flat(2+1) in any area of singapore. Our monthly salary is around 8k. Are we eligible to buy and get loan from HDB? Can you give any idea about the current market price of this type of flat? We are looking for a cheaper flat. And if we get a loan what will be the initial amount we must pay? Please suggest.
