hi, me and my hub own a hdb flat under joint tenancy.
we took hdb loan.we have 2 kids under 8 years old.

if someone pass away under joint tenancy,the rest person need to pay monthly installment or how?

Please kindly answer my question.

Hi Mdm Candy, if you have purchase a Home Protection insurance, the surviving party would be protected against the repaying of loan.
