Morning, Technically, both of you are to produce ROM cert to HDB within 3 months from key collection. However, both of you have failed to do it. Without valid divorce documents (as both of you were not offically married), and not fulfilling the BTO eligibility scheme, HDB have all the rights to take back your unit once they come into picture.
