Evening Mr. Jim,

The estimated valuation is around $580k to $640k, with possible asking COV of $50k to $90k, depending on your unit's level, facing, condition and ethnic restriction.
The estimated valuation for 5 room at Blk 156 range from around $660k to $720k. The possible cash asking is around $50k to $90k.

Hi Mr Jim,

You can look to sell your EM around $700k range, and as for purchasing, 4rm flat could be about $600k range but there is currently no units on sale that I know of.
