1) Under normal circumstances, you should have received notice to endorse all documents submitted within 14 working days.
2) I suggest you write to the HDB officer assigned for your case.
3) You can find the contact under MYHDB after login in using your Singpass.
4) Just in case, you can't find the contact. You may raise your case via their feedback channel:

5) You can ask your agent to do it on your behalf if you have engaged one.
