Hi, May i check will i be able to buy a resale HDB flat if i am divorcee without kid but 34 years old? And if i take bank loan, the monthly repayment can use CPF?

Hi,
I regret to inform you that you are not eligible, as you will need to form a family nucleus if you wish to purchase a HDB flat.
However, you will be able to purchase a resale HDB flat next year when you turn 35 if you are a Singaporean.
If you need to purchase this year, you can probably explore private properties.
