Good afternoon buyer,

Do take note that resale levy is payable if you had bought a resale HDB with housing grant or BTO bought
directly from HDB before and you intend to purchase a BTO now.

If you intend to purchase a resale HDB or private condo, you are not liable to pay resale levy.

Levy is only payable if you are buying a 2nd subsidized flat (ie BTO/New EC). Have you taken grant for your previous flat before? If so, levy is payable for the above purchases. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
