Hi, looking for 4NG flats at jurong east.st 21 (walk to jurong east mrt) what is the valuation n asking cov? Is it a good buy with 5 malls n 1 hospital nxt yr? jem,jcube,westgate,bigbox n imm etc.

Afternoon,

Currently, there should not be much sellers for unit around those clusters. The lift upgrading billing is due hence those who have not sold their units are likely to be SC. The upcoming malls and new interchange will be a great boost in the property prices around the area.

There's a unit along Toh Guan whose value was at $475k and COV asking of $50k.
