l am currently owning a 4-Room HDB joint name with my brother under the family nucleus scheme, but l am the sole payer. It has now passeded its MOP. Would like to know if l can rent out the whole flat and purchase a private condominium, under a joint application again, together with one more applicant. The costs of the downpayments and monthly mortgage repayment be borned by 3 of us?
