Can i ask about my situation as follows:
i have a fully paid 3rm flat with my name as owner and my parent name as occupier since 2007. i have turn 35, and i have this plan to transfer the 3rm flat to my parent name, and with my single name buy another resale 4rm flat. after which, my whole family will move into the new purchase 4rm hdb, and then apply to HDB to allow us to rent out the whole unit of our 3rm (i have passed the 3yr MOP req't).
but the qns is: will hdb approve my rental if i have just transfer to my parent name and shortly apply for the whole unit rental?
if i am not confident of getting the rental approval, then i may change my plan of buying another 4rm flat.
please advise, professionals! need your views!
