Good evening,

you can rent out bedrooms while physically occupying one bedroom during your 5 years minimum occupation period.

If you intend to rent out whole unit, you gonna wait till 5 years is up then you can do so.

Hi ther, as it’s only 2 years where your MOP of 5 years period is not reach. You can’t rent out the whole unit. However you can rent out your spare rooms with one of the condition where you are supposed to stay in that unit too. Hope it help.
