Hi, I've just sold off my private property within the last 30 mths; therefore I am not eligible for HDB loan. My bank loan was rejected due to my poor credit from CBS. So can I appeal to HDB to apply for HDB loan, and what is the procedure like?

Afternoon,

Firstly, you must fulfill either of the eligibility scheme prior to purchase of HDB unit.

Secondly, with the rejection note or letter from banks, along with your payslip and credit report, go down to HDB to appeal for the market rate loan.

Lastly, if required, prepare all the necessary documents to indicate your monthly expenses against your income. Wait it out and best of luck.
