If you are referring to those newer blocks (88 to 91 tanglin halt) beside commonwealth mrt, you might be able to fetch around $750k +/-. But the sale price will still depends on the exact floor level, facing, house condition, renovation etc.

The transacted price for 4 room above 30th floor range from $738k to $775k. You may want to take this as a guide.
